The yearly service — recording it and reminders

Service is yearly: you record the service that was done, and the system sets the next one.

Steps

1. Open the vehicle card and click "Log service".
2. Fill in date, mileage, description, cost and who did it, then save.
3. The next service is set automatically to the same date next year — no need to enter it.
4. A reminder goes to the office manager and the admin 30 days, a week and a day before it is due.
