What does "needs attention" mean?

When a vehicle is flagged, and how to show only those vehicles.

Steps

1. A vehicle is flagged when its licence, insurance or test has expired or expires within 30 days, or the next service is within 30 days or 1,000 km.
2. At the top of "Fleet", click the number of vehicles needing attention to filter to them.
3. The badge on each vehicle explains why. Red means already expired; amber means coming up.
