Day, week and month views

The same trip board, at three levels of detail.

Steps

1. At the top of "Trip board", choose "Day", "Week" or "Month".
2. "Day" is the live board: each trip's status, start and end, delays.
3. "Week" shows all of the week's trips, filtered by driver or vehicle. Clicking a trip opens a one-off change for that date.
4. "Month" is a calendar: how many trips are planned each day and the first few. Click a day to open it in the day view.
