Adding a new driver

A driver card, licence grade, documents and an app sign-in code.

Steps

1. Open "Drivers" and click "+ New driver".
2. Fill in full name, driver number and phone. Birth date, start date and citizenship are optional.
3. Choose the licence grades (for example B, C1, D1, D) and enter the expiry of the driving licence, medical certificate and passenger-transport permit.
4. You can attach a photo of each document now — it uploads on save and the AI fills in the expiry from it.
5. Save. The system shows a random temporary sign-in code once — give it to the driver together with the driver number.
