Importing drivers from Excel

Adding a list of drivers at once from a file.

Steps

1. Open "Drivers" and click the import button.
2. Download the sample file, fill in one row per driver and save it as .xlsx.
3. Upload the file. The AI recognises the columns even when they are named differently (for example "Emp. no." or "Licence valid until").
4. Check the preview: rows with errors are marked and will not be imported until fixed.
5. Confirm the import. Each new driver gets a temporary sign-in code — reset it from the driver card when you hand over the details.
