Alerts: what is sent, when, and turning them on for your device

Fleet and driver reminders 30 days, a week and a day before, and how to turn on browser and phone notifications.

Steps

1. Vehicle registration, insurance, test, yearly service and driver documents — a reminder 30 days, a week and a day before, and on the day it lapses. Sent to the office manager and the admin.
2. Every alert arrives by email and in the bell. To also get it on your device: click your name in the corner → "Turn on notifications" → "Allow".
3. On iPhone: first "Add to Home Screen" from Safari, open the system from the icon — and only then turn on notifications.
4. If it says notifications are blocked: click the lock icon next to the address → Permissions → Notifications → Allow.
5. The admin and office manager choose in "Settings" → "Notifications" which alert types are on, and turn on emailed manager reports.
