Managing inventory and low stock

Adding an item, updating quantities and an alert when it runs low.

Steps

1. Open "Inventory" and click "+ New item".
2. Fill in name, category (safety equipment, parts & tyres, oils & fluids, vehicle cleaning, driver uniforms, in-vehicle electronics), starting quantity and minimum stock level, then save.
3. When the quantity drops to the minimum or below, the item is marked "Low stock", shows on the dashboard and the office manager is alerted.
4. Every movement is kept in the "History" tab of the inventory screen.
